After graduating from Keio University, Mr. Kabashima joined ING Life Insurance Co. (NN Life Insurance Company, Ltd.), Ltd. After working several years for IQ3 Inc., he became a general sales manager at Learning Technology Consulting Inc. Mr. Kabashima founded LTS in March 2002 and assumed the post of director. In August 2019, he became the President of Assign Navi, Inc., (currently LTS Link), a subsidiary of LTS. He has become a director of LTS Link, a subsidiary of LTS from October 2022, the President Executive Officer in March 2024, and a director of HIBIYA COMPUTER SYSSTEM, a subsidiary of LTS from April 2024.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, Mr. Lee joined Andersen Consulting Ltd. (Accenture Japan Ltd) and he belonged to the strategic services group. After working for IQ3 Inc., he became a general sales manager at Learning Technology Consulting Inc. Mr. Lee founded LTS in March 2002 and assumed the post of director. In Janiuary 2005, he became a vice president. He has become the auditor of Wakuto , a subsidiary of LTS from July 2021, the Vice President Executive Officer in March 2024, and director and vice chairperson of HIBIYA COMPUTER SYSSTEM, a subsidiary of LTS from April 2024.

After graduating from Keio University, Mr. Kamemoto joined Finchjapan Co., Ltd. and then he joined LTS in 2011. As mainly the head of the business division that developed digital utilization services, he led service development and business scale expansion. He assumed the post of executive officer in January 2018. He became a director in March 2019, has become the Vice President Executive Officer in March 2024.

After graduating from Tsukuba University, Mr. Ueno joined LTS in 2008. He also graduated from Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology. With his strength in business process management, he has woreked in consulting projects. He also assumed the post of executive officer in January 2018. He became a director in March 2019, the senior managing executive officer from March 2024.

After graduating from Tsukuba University, Mr. Tsukahara joined Andersen Consulting Ltd. (Accenture Japan Ltd). After working for IQ3 Inc., he joined Learning Technology Consulting Inc. Mr. Tsukahara founded LTS in March 2002. He assumed the post of executive officer in October 2015. He became a director in March 2020, and has become the president of Softec, Inc.（LTS software technology, Inc）, a subsidiary of LTS from December 2020, the managing executive officer from March 2021.

After graduating from Waseda University, Mr. Kanagawa joined Yokogawa Electric Works Ltd. (Yokogawa Electric Corporation). He founded Yokokawa Multimedia Corporation and Yokokawa Q&A Corporation（Q&A Corporation） as intra-venture business. After that he has been joined Yokogawa Rental & Lease Corporation. Since 2021, he has become a director of the Japan Volleyball Association. In March 2021, he became an outside director of the company, and as a director in July 2021. In March 2022, he become the Chairman of the Board. Since July 2021, he has become a vice president of the Japan Volleyball Association .
