Designing and analysis of customer questionnaires and creation of reports for use in planning marketing strategies
Overview
We created reports on marketing strategies and product strategies based on analysis results from the research design (questionnaire creation). After creation, these reports were sent to different locations across the country and are used by store management whenever necessary.
